RED BIRD
DISTRICT
RedBird PID is the organization that makes the RedBird District easier to navigate, safer to experience, and stronger to invest in — by coordinating clean and safe services, amplifying local businesses, and producing culture-led activations.
Red Bird District
Belief, restored —
proof, in progress
RedBird is not a district in need of reinvention. It is a district in need of organization, amplification, and belief restoration. The PID is the organizing engine for 141 assessed properties in southern Dallas — authorized through 2035 to fund supplemental safety, cleanliness, and culture-led activation above what the City alone delivers.
